MC Hair & studio mc is hiring!
This position is for an individual that is excited to be a part of a team that is dedicated to making people feel their best, inside and out!
The individual must have a flexible schedule and be able to accommodate evenings and weekends and a full time schedule.
You're responsible for answering phones and thoughtfully taking appointments for our guests as well as greeting and checking in guests for their appointments at the front desk.
A high-level of customer services and effective communication skills are necessary for this position. The candidate must be extremely polished, organized, and diligent with maintaining the demands of the salon. The candidate must have an interest in the beauty industry, including hair and skin care products. Primary duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Consistent and quality communication with our guests regarding appointments and their expectations
- Communication with the Staff and Stylists working with the guests and effectively communicating the guests needs and requests
- Assist the Front Desk with guests checking into the salon and providing exceptional "high-end" customer service
- Help support the stylist and estheticians selling the retail beauty lines
- Successfully communicate by phone and email with clients and staff members.
Candidates must be prepared to go through several rounds of interviews.
