Esthetics Program
at Casal Aveda Institute
Prepare for an exciting future at Casal Aveda Institute with an emphasis on using pure flower and plant essences in treatments.
Throughout the Esthetics program, students receive a foundation in the following topics: Anatomy & Physiology, Chemistry, Makeup, Aromaology, Facial Massage, and Full body relaxation massage.
The 1800-hour course will allow you to complete this program on a continuous basis. The curriculum is set up to teach advanced techniques in haircutting, styling, and coloring as well as other chemical services such as permanent waving and chemical hair relaxing. Having advanced skills in these areas will better prepare you for the salon environment.
Clinic Practice including treatments, Ohio State Board Rules & Regulations and Personal/Career Development. This comprehensive curriculum includes practical and technical instruction on facials, relaxation massage, makeup, and waxing, ensuring students a foundation for continued success as a licensed Esthetician.
A diploma will be awarded upon graduation. The program leads to licensure in the State of Ohio only.
