Congratulations to Cosmetology student Christa Schall!

Christa is one of 25 students to each receive $1,500 scholarships from the Joe Francis Haircare Scholarship Foundation.

This scholarship foundation was established in 1994 by Joe Francis’ wife of 39 years, Flo Francis, and the many people whom he advised and mentored to their own success in the haircare industry.
