The Salon + Keratin Extension Assistant Internship offers licensed cosmetologists a chance to move beyond foundational skills and step into a focused path of growth within the specialized world of Keratin Extensions.
This is not a traditional assistant role. Under the mentorship of Caitlyn Lilly, interns will gain direct exposure to advanced extension techniques, high-level installs, and the inner workings of a successful salon environment.
At the same time, participants will build a strong foundation through essential salon responsibilities such as client preparation, shampooing, sanitation, organization, and inventory support—ensuring a well-rounded, professional experience.
