As the first point of contact for clients, the Receptionist plays an important role in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, answering phones and texts, checking clients in and out, processing payments, assisting with retail sales, maintaining salon organization, and supporting daily salon operations. Candidates with previous receptionist, salon, spa, or customer service experience are encouraged to apply.
Lash and Brow House is looking for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Experience with booking software such as Vagaro, retail sales, and social media engagement is a plus.
