The Spa Coordinator plays an essential role in overseeing the day-to-day spa experience by supporting both guests and spa technicians to ensure every service runs smoothly from start to finish.
Responsibilities include welcoming spa guests, preparing them for services, coordinating appointment flow, assisting with room setup and cleanliness, maintaining spa sanitation standards, organizing linens and supplies, booking future appointments, and supporting the overall guest experience throughout the spa. Strong communication, professionalism, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality are key qualities for success in this position.
